1. Using the Editor
You may use ImageEditorAI to submit images and instructions for AI-assisted editing. You are responsible for your requests and how you use the results. Do not interfere with the website, bypass usage limits, or attempt to access another person's data.
2. Your Images and Permissions
You must own or have permission to use uploaded images and any people, brands, or other protected material they contain. Submitting content permits us to process it for your editing request. These terms do not transfer ownership of your source material to us.
You may use results for personal or business content, provided your source assets and intended use respect applicable law, third-party rights, and any applicable model-provider terms. AI generation does not establish that an output is original or free of third-party rights.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Do not use the editor to create unlawful, abusive, or infringing material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or deceptive impersonations. Requests may be rejected by content checks. Attempts to evade those checks or abuse the service may lead to restricted access.
4. AI Output and Availability
Results may differ from your instructions or contain errors. Review them before publishing or relying on them. Models, features, and usage limits may change, and requests can fail or be interrupted. Save copies of images you need; the editor's history is not a backup service.
5. Warranties and Liability
The service is offered without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
